Disney Packs 'Wolfblood' Across The Globe

The pre-teen fantasy series will go out on Disney Channels in the U.S., Latin America and across Europe.

The Disney Channel has picked up pre-teen werewolf series Wolfblood for multiple territories, grabbing the English-language fantasy drama from German sales group ZDF Enterprises for the U.S., Latin America, the Middle East and selected European countries.

The live-action drama, a co-production of U.K. kids channel CBBC, Germany's ZDF and ZDF Enterprises, follows the ordinary and extraordinary struggles of two normal teens who are also "wolfbloods" and can shift between human and wolf form at will.

In addition to rights in the U.S., Latin America and the Mid-East, Disney has picked up the first season of Wolfblood for France, Italy, Spain, Benelux and Russia.

The second season of Wolfblood is currently in production and set to premiere on CBBC on Halloween this year.
