Star Wars Weekends 2014: Symphony in the Stars - complete firework show in HD

This past weekend I was able to cover Star Wars Weekends and was wowed by the finale fireworks show Symphony in the Stars. Damouse.com's Raphael De Varona and I spent a lot of time talking about it and how well the music of John Williams lends itself to a firework show done in Disney style. Although the story of the show is not the same as a fully created and composed show like "Wishes" this one stands alone as a beautiful tribute to the original trilogy.

Should Disney Hollywood Studios stick with the current curtain call of Star Wars characters and firework show I would hope they would enhance the fireworks to include telling the Star Wars story from Episode I, include Clone Wars all the way to Episode VI. Having them insert clips of the movies to further enhance the score and colorful explosions.

In the end the firework show was amazing and the crowd absolutely erupted at the end as Williams' music came to a crescendo of  Earth-shattering concussive blasts. It is definitely a MUST SEE show!

Watch as Star Wars takes to the skies over Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park during Star Wars Weekends 2014.
