Jedi Mouseketeer's Top 5 moments from ABC's The Muppets so far
Let me get this out of the way first... I love the Muppets and have been a loyal fan since the original Muppet Show and have enjoyed every incarnation of The Muppets on TV. I believe the Muppets have a way of connecting with a lot of people while providing laughs and staying relevant. Even when I was a kid I never thought of the Muppets as being "just for kids" but characters that belonged on primetime. Yes, Primetime. I hope the Muppets continue to get support from the fans so they can carry on for the rest of this season and get green lit for season two. I think it's a great show with a lot of humor and heart.
Here are some of my favorite moments from ABC's The Muppets thus far! Be sure to watch THE MUPPETS Winter Finale THIS TUESDAY 8|7c on ABC!

#5 Rowlf's Secret to Happiness (S1 Ep 7 Pig's in a Blackout)
One of my favorite Muppets is Rowlf the Dog. In this clip Rowlf tells Kermit how to handle a tough day.
#4 Scooter asks Chelsea Handler on a date (S1 Ep 8 Too Hot To Handler)
#3 Reese Witherspoon on Up Late with Miss Piggy (S1 Ep 5 Walk the Swine)
If you've seen some of the Muppet YouTube videos you may know that Kermit has a pretty big crush on Reese Witherspoon. This may be the cause of the apparent friction between Reese and Miss Piggy in the episode "Walk The Swine." Piggy tries to upstage Reese on her talk show making for some really uncomfortable moments for Kermit and the audience.
#2 Foo Fighter's Dave Grohl vs Animal in an EPIC Drum Battle (S1 Ep 9 Going, Going, Gonzo)
Do we really need a more words to describe this clip?
#1 Karaoke Night - The Muppets (S1 Ep 4 Pig Out)
Ed Helms and The Muppets take on karaoke classics: the Spice Girls' "Wannabe," The B-52s' "Love Shack," The Sugarhill Gang's "Rapper's Delight," Lisa Loeb's "Stay," Sonny and Cher's "I Got You Babe," Bette Midler's "Wind Beneath My Wings," and Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'."
