Marvel's Spider-Man: Homecoming solo film coming summer 2017


The world went wild when Spider-Man cast his web in the trailer for Marvel's Captain America: Civil War and now the wall crawler once again breaks the interwebs with the announcement of a new solo film!

Peter Parker and Spider-Man are now part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the new film title being Marvel's "Spider-Man: Homecoming" swinging into theatres July 7, 2017!

Sony made the announcement at CinemaCon in Las Vegas with star Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man  talking up the film's title and and details including director Jon Watts and Marisa Tomei taking on the role of Aunt May.

Before that, though, catch Spider-Man’s debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War,” in theaters May 6, and stay tuned to Marvel.com for the latest on your Friendly Neighborhood Wallcrawler!
